Mustard isn’t just for hot dogs and burgers. Using sweet and spicy mustard like Ben’s Sweet & Hot Mustard adds a kick to this favorite summer side dish. Be sure to add a dollop to your favorite potato salad recipe, too. Try it!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard sweet and spicy variety preferred
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
Directions
Place all of the ingredients, except for the cabbage, in a blender and blend until well combined. Place the cabbage in a medium bowl and add the dressing, tossing well. Chill before serving.
Makes six servings.
