- 2.5 pounds pork shoulder (cut up or whole)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Combine the spices and lime juice. Add the meat to the slow cooker. Pour spice mixture over pork. Cook on high for four hours. Pull cooked meat apart and serve in choice of shell—corn, flour, hard or soft. Pairs with Rockin Salsa.
