Belmont County Farm Bureau and the community packaged 150,000 meals for their county school backpack program.
Due to a generous matching donation by Belmont County GIG/Fiber Capital Partners, the school backpack program has over $76,000 to feed needy children in the community.
Volunteers are needed to package meals to be used by four schools in Belmont County through the Outreach Program. Dates are June 26 and 27.
