1:30 – 10:30 p.m. Child care room open (all ages welcome, registration required)
2 – 5 p.m. YAP Excellence in Ag Award finalist presentations & Outstanding Young Farmer Award interviews (not open to spectators)
2 – 4:30 p.m.: Pre-conference tours
2 – 5 p.m.: Pre-conference training
4:30 – 5 p.m. New to WLE (for first time conference attendees)
5 – 5:45 p.m. Apps with YAPs: Networking & Partnership Showcase (hors d’oeuvres and cash bar)
5:45 – 7 p.m. General Session (welcome & keynote)
7 – 7:30 p.m. Travel to off site venue
7:30 – 10 p.m. Evening entertainment and dinner
7:30 – 11:30 a.m. Registration Open
