Last Thursday, ANR Educator Jessica Burns successfully hosted and presented at the Beekeeping 101 class. There were some great presenters: Barbara Bloestcher, state apiarist; and Kevin Dael, local beekeeper, — thank you for sharing your knowledge. Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau was able to provide a meal for all attendees. We love partnering to provide extra benefits for our members! If you are interest in future beekeeping classes, please contact the OSU Extension office at 740-596-5212.

So many of the issues that OFBF and its members are advocating for are important to all Ohioans. I look at OFBF as an agricultural watchdog advocating for farmers and rural communities across Ohio.
