Crawford Stall Sign

Calling all Crawford County Junior Fair youth exhibitors! The Crawford County Farm Bureau is offering a benefit for youth exhibitors at the 2023 fair. Farm Bureau families can pick up a stall sign for their pens to be displayed during fair week. This sign will give youth exhibitors access to exclusive add-on money for their 2023 project. Signs are limited to one per exhibitor.

Signs will need to be picked up at the fair on Sun., July 16, at 4:30 p.m. in the Show Arena. Please reserve a sign in advance by Monday, July 3, by calling the Farm Bureau office at 419-747-7488 or filling out the online form. The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you’re not a member and you would like to be, join today online or by calling into the office.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!

The issue of property taxation remains as one of the biggest challenges our members face today. Ensuring agricultural property is valued for its agricultural potential and not development is critical to the continued success of Ohio agriculture.

Giving farmers a voice
The plan we are on is great. It’s comparable to my previous job's plan, and we are a sole proprietor.

Finding farm labor
We work terrifically with the Ashtabula County Farm Bureau, hosting at least one to two outreach town hall events every year to educate new farmers and existing farmers on traditional CAUV and woodlands.

Select Partner Program
So many of the issues that OFBF and its members are advocating for are important to all Ohioans. I look at OFBF as an agricultural watchdog advocating for farmers and rural communities across Ohio.
