Warner joins Ohio Farm Bureau as organization director
Brooks Warner of Sabina has been named organization director for Clinton, Fayette, Greene and Warren counties.

Greene County Farm Bureau held a Public Policy lunch on June 1 in the Buckeye Room in Xenia. Here, Tom Pitstick discussed the topic of the new digester legislation. With digesters using farm lanes, they are concerned about dust drift. He also raised a concern about the black vultures. Questions were brought up as to how to get them under control. Up next David Graham gave us an update on CAUV. He talked about protecting the CAUV program and we would only have to currently make $2,500 to qualify. It was a good way to keep the community involved in arising policy updates.
