Cedarville University is a respected group member for Greene County Farm Bureau. The university is a private Baptist campus that offers more than 175 undergraduate and graduate programs. At Cedarville, students do not have to sacrifice academic quality to receive a Christian education. The university emphasizes faithfulness to a biblical-theological position in regard to doctrine.
Cedarville University has designated around 10 acres of land north of their cross country course as a research farm that will be used to conduct research on soybeans. Dr. Robert Paris, associate professor of biology, wants “Cedarville and the agricultural community to have common ground.” He said he would also like Cedarville to be able to contribute to the advancement of local agriculture through the process of genetic improvement and other technologies.
Through our group membership program, businesses can purchase individual memberships for their employees, clients or others. These individuals receive all of the benefits and discounts a Farm Bureau membership affords, including unique opportunities for community and civic engagement.
