Recycle tires for free. Do you have used tires piled up on your property or know of an area that tires have been dumped? Belmont County Soil & Water will collect and recycle these tires at no cost to you. Dates are scheduled by township from March 16 through April 27. If your township is not listed, your date will take place in 2025.
