Farm Bureau shapes policy for 2025 at annual meeting

Read MoreBill Myers of Oregon was re-elected District 2 trustee for the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation. His election took place during the organization’s 106th Annual Meeting. He will represent the interests of Farm Bureau members from Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky and Wood counties.
Myers is a 27-year member of Lucas County Farm Bureau and has served as the county Farm Bureau president, annual meeting delegate and public policy chairman. He also participated in AgriPOWER Class I.
Myers has two children. He farms with his brother, Bob, and his son and daughter. The farm produces corn, soybeans, wheat and hay.
He is president of the Lake Erie Waterkeeper Association and a 1979 graduate of Clay High School in Oregon.
Myers joins 25 other farmers on the Farm Bureau board who govern the state’s largest farm and food organization.
