Effective in August, Keith Holbrook will serve as Adams County Farm Bureau president. Keith grew up working with his grandfather on his farm in Adams County. Leaving the farm to pursue his education, he earned his doctorate of veterinary medicine from Ohio State University in 2012. After working solely as a veterinarian for several years, he recognized that his heart was at home on the farm. In 2018, he started farming part time with hopes of growing the operation to a full time endeavor in the years ahead. He currently works 420 acres with corn, soybeans and cover crops. Keith, his wife, Laura, and their four children live in Winchester Township.
We would like to also thank Kristy Watters, outgoing president of Adams County Farm Bureau for her countless hours of volunteer time in service and leadership. Kristy served the board as president for three years, and her ongoing leadership as a trustee will continue to be valued and appreciated for the years to come.
