The Antique Power Club of Clinton County is one of our respected group members. Originated in 1972, the club was formed to highlight the acquisition, restoration, showing and operation of antique machinery. Every year in September, they bring the Corn Festival to the Clinton County Fairgrounds. This helps bring locals back in time showcasing farm machinery of all kinds. In 2001, through the proceeds from the Corn Festival, the APC created scholarship funds. Each year the club plans to hand out five scholarships: one to a graduate of East Clinton, Clinton Massie, Wilmington, and Blanchester High Schools. The fifth scholarship is given to an eligible Antique Power Club member, member’s spouse, child or grandchild who has graduated outside of Clinton County. To become a member, APC no longer has membership requirements as they have had in the past. Contact the treasurer/secretary to begin the process.
Through our group membership program, businesses can purchase individual memberships for their employees, clients or others. These individuals receive all of the benefits and discounts a Farm Bureau membership affords, including unique opportunities for community and civic engagement.
