Prettyman re-elected Ohio Farm Bureau first vice president
Cy Prettyman of New Bloomington has been re-elected first vice president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation.

Sophia Beck, a Crawford County Farm Bureau member, is an undergraduate student at the University of Northwestern Ohio where she is studying agribusiness management. In high school she was involved in 4-H and raised dairy beef feeders and dairy heifers. She grew up helping her grandpa with planting and harvesting on the family farm. Upon graduation from her program she plans to become an agricultural loan officer and return to her family’s operation.
Addison Lust, a recent graduate of Wynford High School, was involved in FFA, 4-H, National Honor Society, Student Council, Interact Club, OH-Pigs, and the Ohio BEST Program. In the fall she plans to attend Kansas State University majoring in animal sciences. She plans to pursue a career in animal science and one day return to the family farm to operate it with her father and grandfather.
A maximum of two $500 scholarships were available to support the further education of Crawford County students. Congratulations to these recipients; the Crawford County Farm Bureau wishes you both the best of luck this fall!
