This year recognizes year 25 for the Clinton County Farmers Market! The season was kicked off with a proclamation ceremony with the Clinton County Commissioners office and Mayor Haley bestowing the honor. The farmers market contains many local vendors in the area, with each week recognizing a different sponsor. Farm Bureau members can receive a $5 token to shop at the market when you show your Member ID.
Kids ages 4-12 can receive three tokens each worth a dollar at every market. They can spend them on fruits and vegetables sold by any of the vendors. All you have to do is sign them up at the Market Booth and each child will be given a Kids Club Card. They will need to have the card present at each market in order to receive their tokens.
The Farmers Market will be open every Saturday from 8:30 am to noon during the months of May through October. It is located in downtown Wilmington on Main Street. Members, be sure to stop by the booth to claim your $5 token!
