The Ohio Farm Bureau Federation is dedicated to supporting and advancing the agricultural community throughout Ohio. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Organization Director to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, professional service and support to county boards and volunteer leaders, helping them meet the needs of our membership in alignment with the OFBF Strategic Plan. You will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding the presence and influence of the Ohio Farm Bureau at both the county and state levels.
