Clermont County Farm Bureau is excited to welcome Lane Bruan as its newest board trustee, elected at the 2024 Annual Meeting. A Felicity native, Lane grew up on his family’s farm, Little Ridge Acres, where he developed a deep connection to farming life. After graduating from Felicity-Franklin High School in 2023, Lane launched two agricultural businesses: The Party Animal Express, a mobile petting zoo; and L&B Cattle Company, specializing in Miniature Scottish Highland Cattle. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to educating others about agriculture have already made a positive impact in the community.
Lane’s involvement in agriculture goes beyond his farm work. While in high school, he was the Building Communities Chairman for the Felicity-Franklin FFA, a nationally recognized program, and served as president of the Rump Roast Riders 4-H Club, the largest in the county. Currently, he works full-time for ODOT after earning his Class A CDL in December 2023. Despite his busy schedule, Lane remains active in the Clermont County Junior Fair, supporting local youth and fostering agricultural education. His enthusiasm and commitment are sure to bring fresh ideas and energy to the Farm Bureau board as he works to make a meaningful impact in his community and beyond.
