It’s that time of the year again. The fair is quickly approaching and that means we are busy planning our fair tent. We love sharing the story of agriculture with our community and we couldn’t do that without all of you. We are once again looking for volunteers to help make our tent memorable for all who visit. Agriculture is vital to all our lives, and it’s so important that we share that with others. Did you know that the majority of Americans are at least 3 generations removed from the farm? It’s so sad that so many people won’t ever experience the life that we all love.
Anyone who volunteers in the tent will receive a T-shirt and a ticket for entry into the fair. Tickets and T-shirts are only guaranteed for volunteers who sign up by Thursday, Aug. 21 due to getting tickets and shirts distributed.
Every shift earns you a ticket towards a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Farm Bureau Annual Meeting & Dinner on September 25, 2025.

The issue of property taxation remains as one of the biggest challenges our members face today. Ensuring agricultural property is valued for its agricultural potential and not development is critical to the continued success of Ohio agriculture.
Farm Bureau is what really got the word out. It’s been one of their goals to get this done.
I could not have done it without the resources I have found through Farm Bureau.
Because we are younger farmers just starting out, Farm Bureau has a lot of good opportunities and resources to help us grow in the future.
Through the Select Partner program, we became educated in farm insurance and weren't just selling policies. It became more and more clear why farmers need an advocate like Ohio Farm Bureau.
