Be sure to wear gloves when seeding the jalapeno peppers.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh mangoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
