Hey 4-H and FFA families! Montgomery County Farm Bureau is excited to support our local youth exhibitors at this year’s fair. Through our annual Stall Tag Program, your child can earn a $50 incentive for completing a qualifying project!

Here is everything you need to know to participate:

📍 Where & When to Pick Up Your Tag

  • Date: Wednesday, July 8

  • Time: 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

  • Location: Calumet Gym (during Pre-Fair Judging)

đź“‹ Eligibility Guidelines

To qualify for the $50 incentive per child, youth exhibitors must meet the following criteria:

  • The member must complete at least one livestock, breeding, equine, or special interest project.

  • A parent or the member must be a registered, paid member of the Montgomery County Farm Bureau through November 2026.

Incentive Check Pickup Details

Once you’ve completed your project, make sure to grab your reward!

  • When: Saturday, July 18 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

  • Where: Montgomery County Fair Ag Safety Zones at the Entertainment Tent 

Not a Member Yet or Need to Renew?

No worries! You can easily sign up or renew your membership ahead of time or right at the handout location to make sure your child is eligible. Choose the option that works best for you:

  • Online: Join or renew instantly on the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation website.

  • By Phone: Call our local office at 937-696-3630.

  • In Person: Register right at our table during the stall tag pickup at Calumet Gym!
