On site child care is open to all ages to provide a convenient option for families to make the most of their conference experience.
All sitters on site are employed through Sitting Made Simple, have passed a background check and are infant/child first aid certified and CPR certified. The child care room will be open during all conference breakout sessions, general sessions, networking, and the entertainment evening. Guardians will be required to pick their child(ren) up during scheduled conference meals as reflected on the draft agenda.
To ensure adequate accommodations and sitter staff, intent to utilize the child care room and payment must be submitted through the event registration form prior to the close of general conference registration.
