Corporate Transparency Act is back
On Jan. 24, the Supreme Court issued an order granting a request by the government to allow enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) while litigation continues over the law.

What is something you can point to that has been accomplished thanks to the joint efforts of farmers and community members in your area?
Most of my counties hold a Kids Dream Day were kids of all ages get to drive a tractor with a local farmer. This event helps tie those who are part of agriculture and our community together.

Tell us about one big project one of your counties has planned or has recently conducted.
Van Wert County built a new food stand/Ag Pavilion for the community to use and to enjoy both during the fair and not during the fair.
