Read MoreButler County Farm Bureau will host the 97th annual meeting on Thurs., Sept. 14 at the Butler County Fairgrounds. The festivities will begin at 6 p.m. with a Meet and Greet as well as a small trade show featuring vendors and organziations from the county. Dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by the business meeting at 7:30 p.m. The dinner will be catered by Shoelaces Catering. Cost is $12 per person.
Reservations are due on or before Friday, Sept. 8 to the county office at 513-844-8371. Business for the evening includes the election of president, vice president, trustees and delegates. 2017 policies will be presented for approval. Awards will be presented for the BCFB Friend of Ag and the Sarah James Outstanding Volunteer.
