David grew up raising fruits and vegetables. Today he owns a boarding stable for horses and raises hay. He has been a Farm Bureau member for 29 years and has also served on the board for 29 years. He helps with the organization with the fair booth at the Lake County Fair.
“I own a farm, a boarding stable, with 50 plus horses, so agriculture is a way of life and I want to promote it,” he said.
An interesting fact about David is that he is a retired school bus driver for Kirtland schools.
