The Greene County Soil and Water Conservation District held its annual Test Your Well Event March 19 in partnership with the Greene County Farm Bureau! This event provided Greene County Farm Bureau members a free confidential opportunity to test their well water. Each individual’s water was tested for nitrite/nitrate and total iron, metals such as copper, arsenic manganese and lead, and total coliforms and bacteria.
Open every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., you can enjoy fresh produce from multiple vendors.
