Gallia County Farm Bureau is proud to announce its 2019 scholarship recipient, Richard Alexander “Alex” Rose, of Gallipolis. Alex is a Gallia Academy graduate and has been actively involved in 4-H for years as well as working on the family farm. He plans to attend North Central Texas College to study equine science and business management.
Gallia County would like to wish Alex all the best in his future endeavors.
