AMENDED CODE OF REGULATIONS FRANKLIN COUNTY FARM BUREAU, INC.
ARTICLE III- MEMBERSHIP
Section 3 – Annual Membership Fees

REMOVE
(a) Each member shall pay an annual membership fee of One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($120.00), payable annually on or before the anniversary date of the date the member first joined the Corporation.
(b) Each member age 18-24 shall pay an annual membership fee of Forty Dollars ($40.00), payable annually on or before the anniversary date of the date the member first joined the Corporation.
(c) The Corporation shall be responsible for paying to the Federation all membership fees or dues required to be paid by the Corporation as and for its membership in the Federation.
ARTICLE V- TRUSTEES
Section 2 – Number
ADD
The number of Trustees shall be Twelve (12) to be elected at large as described hereafter
REMOVE
Six (6) shall be elected from the East Section and Six (6) shall be elected from the West Section.
For the purpose of electing Trustees by section as provided for, the following sections are hereby created:
East Section: Territory East of State Route 23.
West Section: Territory West of State Route 23.
Six (6) Trustees shall be elected, as hereinafter provided for, from each of said section.
