Read MoreAnnually, the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation recognizes a volunteer leader in each county for his or her service and dedication to the organization. County boards of trustees are asked to select a person who has given time and effort to the organization to further the mission of Farm Bureau “Working together for Ohio farmers to advance agriculture and strengthen our communities.”
Belmont County Farm Bureau has selected Brenda Hoskinson.
Upon retirement in 1997, Hoskinson joined Farm Bureau and soon became a Belmont County board member. She has always been involved with county meetings and programs. She believes in Farm Bureau and has seen concerns change but the wonderful people and friends have not. She was a membership chairman for many years and still works on the campaign to date. She said the most important aspect of Farm Bureau is the connection with other like-minded people.
Congratulations, Brenda.
