Kelsey Price, of River Valley High School, has been chosen as the 2022 Gallia County Farm Bureau Scholarship recipient! Kelsey has been an avid member of the River Valley FFA Chapter and 4-H throughout the years. She plans to attend The Ohio State University ATI with plans to pursue veterinary medicine.
