Jefferson County BBQ DemoJefferson County Farm Bureau held its Annual BBQ Demo last Wednesday at the Farmers’ Gateway Market in Wintersville. Chef Trevor Kirkpatrick and Sous Chef Polly Givens did a great job showcasing their skills on the grill. Attendees were able to sample pork chops and sliders as well as veggies donated by the local vendors.

Thank you to Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District for hosting such a great event and McConnell’s Market in Richmond for providing the fresh meat.
