During Warren County Farm Bureau’s 2023 Annual Meeting, Kathleen Topmiller was named the new president of the board. Topmiller has served on the board as a trustee for the past five years. She is a resident of Pleasant Plain. She and her husband, Anthony, own and operate Y-Not Cattle, a seedstock operation raising Maine Anjou and Simmental cattle. Kathleen is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a major in animal sciences. The Topmillers have two children, Hannah and Tyler. Kathleen is also a 4-H advisor with Warren County Livestock Club.
