Warner joins Ohio Farm Bureau as organization director

Warren County Farm Bureau President Kathleen Topmiller, along with other Ohio Farm Bureau county presidents were able to visit the nation’s capital March 12-24, 2024. They heard from experts and had the opportunity to voice their own thoughts on the current issues surrounding Ohio farmers. They got to meet with some members of the Senate including Sen. Sherrod Brown who is on the Senate Agriculture Committee. He discussed his thoughts on the farm bill process and how a new one is necessary. This three-day trip to the nation’s capital is to help legislators make a connection with what is happening on Ohio farms and what is being debated in Congress.
