Guernsey County Farm Bureau 2026 scholarship recipients
Luceilia Casey, Grace Kackley and Clay Vasko were selected as the 2026 scholarship recipients and will receive $500 toward their further education.

From the applications submitted, Luceilia Casey, Grace Kackley, and Clay Vasko were selected as the 2026 scholarship recipients.
Luceilia is from Cambridge and is the daughter of Jeff and Sabrina Casey. She has been involved in 4-H, FFA and Meadowbrook High School. Her service projects include Guernsey County Farm Bureau, Salvation Army, Grace Food Pantry, Secret Santa, and local nursing homes. Luceilia will be attending The Ohio State University ATI majoring in animal science.
Grace is from Byesville and is the daughter of Bill and Laura Kackley. She has been involved in FFA and currently serves as president, 4-H, mentored youth through Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and Student Council just to name a few. Grace will be attending The Ohio State University ATI where she plans to double major in agriscience education and agricultural communications.
Clay is from Cambridge and is the son of Brad and Jaynie Vasko. He is a student at Zane State College in his final year of his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. After graduating Clay plans to work in the utilities industry. He is an active member in Guernsey County Farm Bureau and Ohio Farm Bureau Young Ag Professionals.
