Read MoreThe 2026 Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation Golf Invitational celebrated another record-breaking year, raising over $118,000 to advance the foundation’s work. These funds will help provide scholarships, expand educational programs and strengthen initiatives that connect students and young professionals to meaningful careers in agriculture
With a focus on building pathways for students to explore careers in agriculture, Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation is working to ensure that Ohio’s agricultural community is valued, fueled by new talent and strengthened through innovation. Through the organization’s many programs and investments, the foundation is building a pipeline to ensure the next generation has the skills and passion to move agriculture forward and keep Ohio’s communities strong, resilient and thriving.
“We are extremely grateful to the sponsors, golfers and supporters whose generosity made this year’s golf invitational such an incredible success,” said Doug Miller, president of the Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation Board of Directors. “Raising over $118,000 is a powerful investment in the future of Ohio agriculture and a reflection of the strong community of people who believe in supporting the next generation. Because of this support, the foundation can continue opening doors for young people through scholarships, grants and innovative programs that help them discover careers in agriculture, build valuable skills and find their place in our industry. Every dollar raised helps strengthen the future of Ohio agriculture by equipping the next generation of leaders, innovators and advocates to carry it forward.”
The event was held June 22 at Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City and hosted 170 golfers. The Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation offers a special thank you to the event sponsors, especially Nationwide, who served as the Heritage Partner for the event. This successful day would not have been possible without the generous support of sponsors and participants.
