The Logan County Agriculture Impact Fund was founded in 2018 to provide agricultural enrichment opportunities to Logan County’s youth by the  Logan County Farm Bureau. The fund established a grant program to grow agriculture’s footprint in the county and support our youth. This program is funded through the Logan County Farm Bureau Reverse Raffle event. 

Two grant opportunities

We are excited to offer two grant programs this year: mini-grants and larger-scale program grants. The mini-grant program is for projects that do not exceed $500, and our larger project grant fund has a maximum award limit of $ 5,000.  All grants must support programs that enrich youth in Logan County, Ohio, and promote agriculture concepts. Examples of past winners are field trips to agriculture venues or farms for a school, a garden club for students, or funds to help grow a countywide agriculture awareness program.

Grants are offered to any organization in Logan County that promotes the well-being and enrichment of youth involved in Logan County’s agriculture community and is a 501 (c) (3). Both grants will be evaluated competitively. The large-scale project grant is to be submitted for consideration by Nov. 1, 2026. Mini-grants are due Nov. 15. Both applications have online forms available through links in the attachments.
