Adams, Brown, Clermont and Highland County Farm Bureaus hosted a Workers’ Compensation Training Session where members could attend, network with other Farm Bureau members, and watch virtual training videos to fulfill their annual safety training requirement. Covered topics included rural road safety, the future of safety training, SURWSP – Expense Recovery Opportunity, Division of Safety and Hygiene overview and update, and “Better you, Better Ohio!” Each year, employers who are participating in Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Group Rating Programs must participate in a basic level of safety training to enhance their workplace safety. Visit the Ohio Farm Bureau’s designated Worker Compensation webpage for additional information on the Group Rating Program. An employer has many options to conveniently complete the safety requirement each year.
