Marion County Farm Bureau is co-hosting Operation Farm Shield, an educational seminar about safety in the agricultural workplace, on July 22. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Marion Township Hall, 1228 E. Fairgrounds St., Marion. The event is free and a light breakfast will be served.
Sessions include hearing conservation and Stop the Bleed with a hands-on demonstration. There will be a chance to win door prizes.

Farm Bureau members enrolled with the Farm Bureau Workers’ Compensation group with Sedgwick may use this seminar to fulfill their annual safety requirement for the July 2023-June 2024 OBWC year.
