Read MoreThe Gallia County Farm Bureau will hold its annual meeting Aug. 27, 2024 with registration starting at 6 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. at Rio Grande University – Heritage Hall, 200 Ridge Ave., Rio Grande, OH 45631.
The featured speaker will be Leah Hetrick, Ohio Farm Bureau Director of Legal Education and Member Engagement. She will be talking about property taxes and what Ohio Farm Bureau’s role has been during property tax discussions.
Farm Bureau members will vote on policy issues, and elections will be held for the board of trustees and Ohio Farm Bureau 2025 annual meeting delegates.
Gallia County Farm Bureau President Jake Bodimer will chair the meeting. Remarks will also be shared by Organization Director Ashley Kasler and State Trustees Karin Bright and Greg Wells.
The meal will be provided by Hallmark catering at the university.
