Every year Huron County Farm Bureau awards grants and scholarships to well deserving individuals. This year we are proud to announce Tiffany Nuhfer as a recipient of a Teacher Grant as well as Bryan Chaffee, Isabella Lucha and Caleb Martin as scholarship recipients for 2026. Each application was processed and voted on by our grant and scholarship committee. 

Teacher Grants

Tiffany Nuhfer is a teacher at Willard High School in Willard. Nuhfer intends to use the grant award to purchase an Aroma Sensory Kit that will enhance the food science component of the school’s Ag Ed class.

Scholarship Winners

High School Senior Agricultural Scholarship

 

 

Bryan Chaffee is a 2026 graduate of South Central High School who will be attending Ohio Northern University pursuing a degree in environmental engineering. Chaffee has been awarded $500 from the Huron County Farm Bureau for his college education.

 

 

 

 

 

Isabella Lucha is a 2026 graduate of South Central High School who will be attending The Ohio State University pursuing a degree in plant pathology. Lucha has been awarded $500 from the Huron County Farm Bureau for her college education.

 

 

Caleb Martin is a 2026 graduate of Bellevue High School who will be attending The Ohio State University pursuing a degree in agricultural communications. Martin has been awarded $500 from the Huron County Farm Bureau for his college education.
