2024 Scholarship winners

Erie County Farm Bureau is proud to officially announce our 2024 scholarship winners! The recipients are Grace LaFollette, Madeline Flick, Adeleena Kromer and Madalyn Thayer. Each scholarship recipient went through an application process and committee review to qualify. Please join Erie County Farm Bureau in congratulating each of these hard working students!

Madeline Flick

Madeline FlickMadeline is a 2022 Graduate of Margaretta High School. She is currently attending Wilmington College dual majoring in Agricultural Education and Agribusiness with an Equine Studies minor. She has been a young member with Farm Bureau since 2022. Madeline has been awarded $1,000 toward continuing education in agriculture. 

 

Adeleena Kromer

Adeleena KromerAddie is a 2022 Margaretta High School Graduate and is attending Wilmington College studying Animal Science and Biology. Addie has been awarded $1,000 for continuing education in agriculture

 

Madalyn Thayer

Madalyn ThayerMadalyn is a 2023 Perkins High School graduate and is currently attending Bowling Green State University- Firelands Campus as a communications major with a minor in marketing. She has been awarded $1,000 toward continuing education in general studies.  

 

Grace LaFollette

Grace LaFolletteGrace will be graduating from Margaretta High School in 2024 and plans to attend The Ohio State University for Early Childhood Education. She has been awarded $750 as a graduating senior for post secondary general studies.

Through the Select Partner program, we became educated in farm insurance and weren't just selling policies. It became more and more clear why farmers need an advocate like Ohio Farm Bureau.
