The Morrow County Dairy Tour will be Sat., June 22, at Spring Valley Farm (the Creswells) located at 7415 County Road 30, Mt. Gilead. Stop out with your friends and family anytime from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This educational tour of a working dairy farm is free and open to the public. Grilled cheese, ice cream, and milk will be provided.
The open house will answer all of your questions about the dairy industry. Join us to learn about feeding, care, milk testing, nutritional food values, how and where the dairy products come from that you buy at the store, and much more.
This event is sponsored by the Morrow County Dairy Association and Morrow County Farm Bureau.
Members enrolled in Ohio Farm Bureau’s Workers’ Compensation Group Rating program are required to complete training (minimum two hours) each year to be done by June 30.
