Snider is a fifth-generation farmer and owner/operator of DuLynn Farms, LLC, with his parents in Hardin County, and serves as a senior account officer at AgCredit in the Kenton, Ohio, branch.
Currently serving as Hardin County Farm Bureau president, Snider has been very involved in the organization for over 10 years. He also served on the Ohio Farm Bureau Young Ag Professionals State Committee, including as chair in 2024.
“As a part-time farmer and full-time agricultural professional, I know how important it is to continue to grow on a personal and professional level, and I look forward to working with peers across the country to develop new skills and interests within our ever-changing industry,” Snider said. “Agriculture is so vital to the success of our country, and with this new opportunity I also look forward to playing a role in inspiring the next group of leaders who will carry on the torch of feeding, fueling and clothing our world.”
The YF&R Committee is made up of 16 positions representing all regions of the U.S. An individual or couple may hold each committee appointment. Committee members are responsible for program planning, which includes the coordination of YF&R competitive events during American Farm Bureau’s convention each January, and the Harvest for All program.
Snider was nominated by Ohio Farm Bureau, whose mission is working together for Ohio farmers to advance agriculture and strengthen our communities.
