Anyone can be a member of Ohio Farm Bureau. Here’s how Farm Bureau works on your behalf:

Keeping You Informed Farmer members receive Buckeye Farm News and all members receive an Our Ohio magazine subscription. Members gain access to informational seminars and workshops, learn where to buy and sell local foods, and enjoy agricultural experiences like farm tours, cooking and dining events and more.

Shaping Good Government As a grassroots organization, Farm Bureau is your legislative voice. The organization works closely with state and national policymakers on important issues like personal property rights, renewable energy, crime, education, taxes, and more. And because of Farm Bureau’s strong legislative reputation with voters and policymakers, 95 percent of the legislators Farm Bureau deemed a “Friend of Agriculture” were elected or re-elected last year.

Protecting You and Your Property Members are covered in the Property Protection Program, which includes a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction for felony crimes committed on a member’s property. Nationwide Insurance offers a variety of unique policies at a discount to Farm Bureau members. Another partner, Medical Mutual of Ohio, provides members access to health care through SuperMed One – Ohio Farm Bureau.

Stretching Your Budget Farm Bureau membership offers dozens of discounts and savings through member benefit providers.

One of the newest benefits, the Ohio Farm Bureau Platinum credit card, features 2 percent cash-back reward on select purchases and 1 percent cash-back on all other purchases.
